As an intern at both Good Things Utah and Powderbird Helicopter Skiing, I worked directly with 10-30 guests on a daily basis. I made sure they were always well taken care of and received high-quality hospitality. My goal was for guests to leave feeling more than satisfied and wanting to return. I did that by being welcoming, making them feel comfortable, and ensuring their questions were answered. At Powderbird I’d also greet them right as they entered, checked them in, and provided safety equipment to make sure they had everything needed for the day.
